Refund Policy

​Guests are allowed a full refund so long as cancellation is 24 hours or more prior to booking time. In the event of lightening or thunderstorms/rain, guests are not permitted to use the pool. We ask that you reschedule your booking, and your payment will be applied to your new booking date. For cancellations within the permitted window, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method and should arrive within 10 business days depending on payment method and financial institution. Some payment methods can take up to 15 business days. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
